Four Easy to Follow Steps to Look and Feel Fabulous Everyday!
1. Sleep: Get six to eight hours asleep daily. Remember eight is better then six.
2. Eat Healthy: Go organic and dump the junk food. Really it's that easy. Stop making excuses. "Organic is too expensive." No, being unhealthy is too expensive.
3. Exercise: Fifteen to thirty minutes a day. Even if it's taking the stairs instead of the elevator. One of my favorite non-exercise exercise is walking around the mall. I don't stop to window shop until I've walked around the entire mall once each level or twice if it's a single level mall.
4. Drink Water: Eight, 8oz. glasses a day. Your body will thank you.
